Edited: They're getting better . We like Buqtides and we are regular since 2019, pandemic or no pandemic. But I hope you will improve the service like serving the food not too long. We waited for 1 1/2hr for our orders, before I ordered the food at least serve the finger food first and yeah they serve it first after 1 1/2 hr. My youngest is already throwing tantrums.
