Uncle Ton's - Legazpi City
Uncle Ton's
Description
A cozy Legazpi eatery earns praise for fresh, flavorful pizza (notably stuffed crust), pastas and smoked ribs at reasonable prices. Service is generally quick and helpful, and the welcoming, date-friendly atmosphere makes it popular for brunch or dinner. However, inconsistency in staff training and occasional lapses in service and ambiance temper otherwise strong food ratings; a reported bathroom issue also detracts from the experience. Overall, a solid, affordable spot worth visiting for pizza and pasta lovers with room for service improvement.

The food is truly amazing and definitely worth it, especially the smoked spare ribs—they're the best and very reasonably priced!
This restaurant is a fantastic place to eat. It has a tranquil atmosphere and is very well-kept.
I visited for lunch and ordered their house special, the half-slab smoked ribs (₱440). Honestly, the ribs didn't look or taste like they had been smoked at all. It felt like the dish was just reheated, as it wasn't even warm when served, and the sauce had an oddly sweet flavor. The only positive thing about the place was the ambiance. However, I did enjoy the mashed potatoes (₱30) and found the upgrade to bottomless iced tea for just ₱70 to be a great deal—definitely worth the price. The mashed potatoes were actually quite good, reminiscent of what you'd find at BIGGS, but at a lower price.
The atmosphere is inviting, the food is delicious, and the overall vibe is great.
It was hard to get the staffs attention as they were totally focused on watching loud videos on their smartphones and had little interest in their customers. The food is very decently priced and consists mostly of reheated dishes. These dishes probably tasted excellent when cooked... With interested staff and some more attention to food quality it would be a great place worth a visit. But I will probably not go there again. Service: Dine in
