Sat in line for 15 minutes watching pe... read more This place is in need of some management. The drive-thru was broken and had paper signs that said to pull ahead to order. Sat in line for 15 minutes watching people order and then wait for their food instead of pulling up. Finally got to order and saw thatthey were out of just about everything. Staff was super friendly, so they got that going for them. Food came out as ordered butwas very messy. Food tasted great. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience. Just definitely not what I expect when I go toArby's. I think the right manager would make all the difference here.

Greeted with a hi and a smile about 2 seconds in by... read more After a horrible 5 minutes at a fast food down the road, we wised up and came to Arby's. And it was Great !! Greeted with a hi and a smile about 2 seconds in by Jacob. We made our choices, he read back our order, all the while making us feel good aboutbeing there. While we ate, with no customers at the moment, Jacob was out front wiping tables, checking the floor for trash. Management is lucky to have this employee. We will absolutely be back, as not only did we have a good experience, but the foodwas awesome !! Good Job !!
