Really rude/getto/ unprofessional customer service. Especially the two girls taking orders at the drive in before closing on 08/21/22. Nasty food quality, watered down coleslaw, soggy fried chicken, soggy bread buns, and filled mash potatoes only 1/2 way up to container and is always running out of food. Will never be back and tell everyone to go to Popeyes instead
It's a nice little place, with a sweet little manger store manger. The staff was kind to me and made me feel like a valued customer. I do plan to return and bring my family.
Chicken and pot pie meal take out. I came home to find there was no pot pie...7 miles away and too hungry to go back. Check your orders!!
I went through the drive-thru and placed my order, after which I was told to park and that they would bring my food to me. After 15 minutes, someone came out and apologized, saying it would be another 9 minutes because they needed to cook my order. I had originally ordered one chicken breast and one original piece box, but when I learned about the delay, I opted for a thigh instead. I then waited another 20 minutes, only to receive a cold thigh while watching several other customers receive their orders and drive off. You would expect them to inform you about the lack of cooked food before taking your money! It’s frustrating to wait so long only to end up with cold food. I will never return to this place again!
I've never had any problems at this KFC. I placed a delivery order for my mom, and she really enjoyed it.
