This charming Italian restaurant offers a delightful range of dishes, including well-prepared sandwiches and authentic pasta, earning praise for both taste and presentation. However, inconsistencies in service mar the experience, with reports of rude staff and disorganization overshadowing the positive aspects. While some patrons enjoyed friendly interactions and the cozy atmosphere, others faced issues like incorrect orders and a lack of basic customer care. Although the food shines on many occasions, potential diners may want to consider the staff attitude before settling in for a meal. As such, it’s a gamble for your next dining experience.

What GRx W dislikes about Pasta Romagna:
If you are looking to have a terrible dining experience, filled with rude and racist behavior from an unqualified manager who verbally abuses customers and employees, then this is the place for you! If you are looking to have a terrible dining experience, filled with rude and racist behavior from an unqualified manager who verbally abuses customers and employees, then this is the place for you! The manager claims to be Italian/Albanian, but for some reason tells everyone she is Italian. The food is subpar, with microwave lasagna, frozen ravioli, and pre-packaged cakes straight from the grocery store. The ambiance is filled with mirrors everywhere, presumably so the manager can watch her staff from all angles. I highly advise against visiting this restaurant. Your money would be better spent elsewhere. And if you do decide to go against this advice, do not leave a tip as it will only go into the manager's pockets.
On our first visit to this charming restaurant, we were impressed by the beautifully presented and delicious sandwiches. The service was top-notch and very friendly. Just take a look at the photos, they speak for themselves! My personal favorite was the tomato, mozzarella, and pesto sandwich on focaccia bread. And to top it all off, a homemade tiramisu for dessert.
Barely cooked pizza dough !! More like the play dough your kid plays with . All pizzas are pre made and with uncooked dough. Horrid topping as well I had pepperoni
Came in Nov 2022, I've been a quite few years back with family when a lovely lady used to own it (unsure if she still does), has always been top notch so brought partner his parents. Everyone really enjoyed the food and we got to sit downstairs see the head chef at work! He did have a little disagreement with coworker but gave us some free cannolis as an apology! Ontop of the gorgeous food it's always been a lovely atmosphere. Will be back soon
