I just moved into the area and came to store with my daughter, the food was hot and fresh. The fries are delicious with new seasoning. The staff are friendly very knowledgeable and helpful. Will come again soon Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I came on Saturday with my husband for a quick lunch, store was busy, once food came, after waiting for 10mins, Staff apologised for the wait, the food was hot fresh, the fries are sooooo much better with the seasoning Overall friendly staff and lovely food, the seating area was cold, manager explained the system was broken. Tried numerous times to complain to KFC but this appears to be my only option. First visit to this branch around 4.15 pm 10/1/24. Never ever will I step foot in there again.. what a horrible man serving absolutely NO customer service skills whatsoever, appeared to dismiss the girl serving me originally.
