We'd hardly bother to turn up if we'd cancelled it would we?! she found us a table albeit it dirty, and we ordered. tucked into our starters and she came up with the telephone...is this your number? You called yesterday to cancel. i said I didn't and showed her my call list. she dismissed us and made us feel un welcome. we pointed her bad attitude out and she shrugged and said we're fully booked tonight, I don't care! We left and will not return and will make sure my friends are aware of this shocking customer service....on the way our they put another couple who'd just turned up without booking on our table. absolutely disgusted!
