Great choices of traditional very well cooked roast beef and Yorkshire pudding with fresh hot vegetables and plenty of gravy. Also nice choice of tapas. The churros and chocolate sauce were a winner to finish off with. Fantastic choice of local beer also. Service from our waitress was also 1st class.

Nothing fancy... read more We were visiting Leeds for 4 days and stopped in for dinner. We've had drinks here before on previous visits but never food. It didn't disappoint. Nothing fancy, just pie and mash chased with gin and tonics. Decent selection of cask and draft beers. Friendly service and clean toilets.

Great food, selected by good options, friendly staff and reaction service, and usually a relaxed atmosphere. Next time I take the train as Leeds Station is so close to Water Lane!!!
