If I lived closer to the patisserie I'd probably exist on his floating island desserts. His mousse cakes are also very fine. For some reason the ambience doesn't grab me so I nearly always take away my purchases.

They often sell out well before the end of the day so get in early to avoid being disappointed (like I have been so many times!). Their macarons are divine. They take pride in absolutely everything they create and it has shown over the past five years that I've known about the place.
