I have only brought them home to see that they were all in one box, one on the other, all different sizes (real French macarons are supposed to be uniform and perfect round) and the half thereof was comminuted.The aromes were also disappointing. rosenwassermakaron was the worst very artificial taste. I couldn't distinguish any other aromen. all very bland and only sweet cookies really. very hard on food coloring too green pistachio macaron left my back very green, hubby purple black johannisbeere left his back very purple etc. we had many macarons in past, but no were as disappointing and devastating as these. what a waste of pet hats is caffes restaurants masquerading as the deal. francois is one of those places. over as French as my woolies croissants ≤ brntewein

I ordered a custom cake with specific instructions from Francois for my baby shower. I spent over 30 minutes in the shop discussing every detail with him, and he seemed to understand what I wanted. However, when I picked up my cake and paid $150, it was a disaster. The colors were wrong, the font was incorrect, the fondant cover had holes and knife marks, and the figurines I paid extra for looked like they were made by a child in preschool. To top it off, the cake maker decided to add glitter to my cake without my permission, ruining the entire thing. I had to spend my evening fixing their mistakes before my big day, and ended up paying more money to have it fixed properly. There were no apologies, just excuses and a measly $20 refund. This was my first and last experience with them, truly disappointing.
