When I got there expecting my order to be ready, I was told they ran out of chicken and would have to wait another 20 minutes because they served everyone else before my order.What is the point of phoning ahead for pickup if they don’t prepare it to be ready for you?! Very poor management.

Unfortunately, they gave us wrong order 1 beef tacos and boneless bucket with fries and gravy. we asked specifically boneless bucket with gravy instead, not only that took 15 minutes for our order to come out and prioritize the truck behind us it there order first before us. I went to spoke with supervisor on duty, she said that our order has chicken popcorn that had to be cooked as per order, whoever the order takes didn 't mentioned that. I asked the supervisor if she is in my situation r you gonna be happy for the delay and wrong order? she replied, NO .

Well should have gone else where very small orders for big price they use just tenders and they were dry the popcorn chicken was four small bits and fries was maybe a hand full very bland in flavour well there was no flavour next time I’ll buy a whole chicken at the store and have enough for a couple of meals and money left over

Fresh food, good service, decent place.However the chicken pieces were so small, So Very Small. I was a bit shockedI had a 4 piece combo, and was still hungry afterwards.I have never been left hungry after a 3 or 4pc at other KFC's.That is my only complaint.Think I'll try a different KFC next time.
