What Anonym dislikes about Shui:
We waited 1.5 hours for the food. This is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed as the waiters were really nuce, bless them. The wine was beautiful. But the chef. I don 't know what they were doing. I was about to go in the kitchen and cook my own food. Terrible. And when we asked to change something in the order they said sorry, not possible . Usually, I never post any things in comment. But this time, the restaurant needs my customer experience feedback. 1,5 Hour to be served (1 salad, and one panini .....with only 7 tables outside (barely 20 clients to served . This restaurant doesn’t deserve your time and your money ! They didn’t want to work at all! Soooo many people entered in the restaurant asking for a table but the waiter refused them the access saying they are full (even if there is a lot of empty tables inside the restaurant... they seems to be lazy and totally unorganized... The boss of this restaurant should really do something: stay a wine bar or be a restaurant.
Nice place, with tables outside. The very kind and helpful girl. It is a wine shop that offers pucce and cutting boards, and some dishes supplied by a delicatessen which are heated. I ate well, Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
