The workers always seem to have an excuse for why they can't provi... read more I am consistently disappointed by the service at this restaurant during the late-night shift. The workers always seem to have an excuse for why they can't provide what I order. On my recent visit, I received a crispy chicken sandwich with only cheese and nothing else, despite ordering otherwise. Additionally, I requested a large serving of mac and cheese but was given a small portion. The mocha iced coffee I received was cold, which was not what I wanted - I had hoped for a mocha frappe with chocolate or caramel. It seems that the night workers do not put much effort into preparing orders correctly. Overall, I have never received a satisfactory meal here and have not had my coffee order fulfilled correctly. Dinner at this restaurant typically costs $30-50 per person.

I like the paninis but every time parts of the bread is so hard you can’t eat it. It’s toast people it’s really not that hard to figure out. I know your toaster has preset settings but it needs to be adjusted or something. Either that or they’re putting bread that’s been sitting out and getting hard before it’s toasted and makes it even worse. Please can you at least figure out how to toast bread or get a new job and if you are making the sandwiches and the bread is as hard as a rock, the customer is not gonna be happy. AND I said something to the girl before she made it. CLUELESS apparently!!!!!
