I went to pick up a mobile order today at 5:50 pm and I’ve been waiting for almost 25 minutes even though my order said “ your order is ready “on the door dash... read more I went to pick up a mobile order today at 5:50 pm and I’ve been waiting for almost 25 minutes even though my order said “ your order is ready “on the door dash pick -up. I had patience so I waited and waited, and before that they let me know there was something wrong with the computer. So for the second time I approached this employee(I don’t know her name), she has brown bob length hair, had the nastiest attitude and makes a big deal about everything. Oh and to add on, she wore one earbud on the other ear; I can’t believe people like this get paid for the attitude they have and short attention span. And when she was taking someone’s order she gave an attitude again to this man. When working in fast food one should have their morals, like smiling , greeting guest, patience, someone WHO ACTUALLY wants to work there! Instead of this girl finding ways to solve a customer service problem, she turned her back away and didn’t even try to do her job in finding the Mobile pick up ticket. Like hello, excuse me??? You’re at work! Work!! Never coming back here again. I would give zero stars across if it would just let me. This is ridiculous. And to add on, I asked for the fries to unsalted , for dietary restrictions and I know McDonald’s does the same thing they don’t add salt to their fries if you asked them too. But this location never listens, sauce packets were missing as well. I know some who works in corporate and HR I will be calling them.

When our order came up there was onl... read more My husband and I ordered 2 sausage muffins and 2 orders of potato wedges. They were on sale 2 for $3. Our total came to $6. When our order came up there was only one sausage muffin and 2 orders of potatoes on the tray. We asked about the other muffin and the lady said you only ordered 1 Then argued with us about it and had to pay another $3 for a second muffin. Very poor customer service. Service: 1
