Panera Bread - Leavells

Every time I visit this Panera Bread location in the evenings, they are always out of French Baguette bread. I usually order the broccoli soup and expect to have it with bread, but they are consistently out of it. I am puzzled as to why this keeps happening, as the other Panera Bread location I go to has never been out of bread. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place is usually good but not today we ordered two salads and a cheddar broccoli soup. The soup was watery and they admitted. So why serve a watery soup? The salads were half a way and nothing of the extra requested and paid was added. The tables were as dirty as the floor... bad experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

My boyfriend and I came here last weekend for lunch and we sat down and waited for our order. The space was very unclean. The floor under our table was super messy with food scattered around. The whole seating area needed a good vacuuming. It did not feel clean or well managed. When I received my food- I got a chicken avocado blt- the bread wasn't even warm let alone toasted. It was cold. The sandwich itself was mediocre and the chicken was cold and didn't have any seasoning to it. Very Bland. I was grateful to have food in my belly... but that was not up to Panera bread standards.

The staff was courteous and the food was excellent. We dined in for lunch and the price per person ranged from $10 to $20. The food quality, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5.
