Dolly’s, a beloved local eatery in Darwin, elicits a range of opinions. While many rave about the consistently excellent Scotch Fillet steak, perfectly cooked and paired with delightful pepper sauce, others have faced unfortunate experiences, such as overcooked meals and significant wait times. The relaxed atmosphere and family-friendly vibe make it an appealing dining spot, bolstered by commendable service and generous portions. Yet, some reviewers suggest an inconsistency in food quality that could deter potential patrons. Overall, Dolly’s seems to embody the charm and unpredictability of local dining, making it a noteworthy stop in the Northern Territory.

Was User at Dolly's a mag?
I've been dining at this restaurant for years, and I’ve never been let down by the food. The staff is always friendly. Unfortunately, the owner has decided to place a glass-front refrigerator filled with meat sides in the dining area, which I think is a bad idea. It's quite disappointing! View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Dolly's:
GONE DOWN HILL BIG TIME have been regular customers for years but simply can't go anymore. Tried so many times to go back but had problems every time. The bar and wait staff are great but the KITCHEN IS TERRIBLE. The food service and quality of food has been reducing significantly over the past two years (your chips were the best in Darwin now they are an over cooked mess). Consistently over cooked food, or missing i... View all feedback.

This is the friendly local we all want to find when visiting family and friends in the northern suburbs of Darwin. Oh and Dolly’s has the cleanest tasting wild caught salt water Barra (the only kind you want) in the Northern Territory

Food was actually good, I had a burger with additional bacon and egg.

Had a great lunch, cold beer and big serves of food, service was great

I’ve lived in Darwin for years, but I only attended their karaoke night for the first time last Friday. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the drink service was quick. There were no rowdy individuals or troublemakers, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a drink and sing your heart out. Price per person: A$1–20. Service: 5. Atmosphere: 5.
