On my other visit, I was greeted by two teenagers, a boy and a girl around 17 years old, who also came across as awkward and unfriendly. Neither of them offered a greeting—I’ve never received a "hello" or "what can I get you?" during any of my three visits, even when I was the only customer. They seemed put out by my presence and acted as if they were too cool to be working there, which felt really odd and unprofessional. Overall, my experiences with the staff have been the only downside of my visits. All three employees I've encountered have been grumpy, and their lack of basic customer service skills has really made for an uncomfortable experience each time. This has left me hesitant about returning during my next trip through town. I’ll give it one more chance, but if I encounter the same awkwardness again, I won’t come back. This review is intended for the owner to realize that the customer service is lacking. It would be beneficial for the staff to receive some guidance on how to improve their interactions with customers. If they can’t enhance their performance, it might be worth considering replacements. If I owned the place, I would not tolerate this type of service.
This afternoon, I asked the girl who was working if the deal for three subs at $24 was still available before I placed my order. She confidently said yes, so I went ahead and ordered three. After waiting for a while and receiving poorly made subs, she rang me up, but the discount didn't apply. As a result, I had to pay full price instead of getting the deal, which meant I would have only bought one sub at the most. I constantly feel like I'm being overcharged here, and I'm really getting tired of it.
