Was Don N at Big 10-4 a mag?
Lunch at this take-out joint was excellent. They have an incredibly varied menu, ranging from build-it-yourself salads, to hamburgers to lasagna and fried chicken! We opted for hamburgers. Mine was a mushroom burger with loads of mushrooms. The fries were crisp and plentiful! We came back later in the afternoon for ice cream and again were not disappointed. What Creads dislikes about Big 10-4:
Generous portions, surprising selection and quick service to go! We stopped here for a bite while driving a few hours. Yummy treats and seems to be a favorite local spot as the lot filled up with other customers. This is a take out only place with window service, as far as I could tell there weren’t washrooms, so it’s a grab and go type of spot. View all feedback.

On your way to the Great Sand Hills of Saskatchewan, do yourself a favour and stop at the 10-4 restaurant for some good, greasy snacks for the whole family. It'll fuel your walk along the birding trails of the Sand Hills. The taco bag alone is worth the stop, never mind the boneless chicken wings and ice cream treats!

If you've ever had one of those perfect, greasy rink burgers and loved it as much as I do, you'll like this. If you're expecting gourmet food... It's weird that you came to a place where you order from a window while standing outside. The people were nice and the food was just what I needed at the time. You nailed it big 10-4!

We stopped for lunch here and were happy we did. The burgers were 1/3 lb and cooked to perfection. Buns were fresh as were the toppings. I had a fruit fraze, almost a smoothie that was awesome. The menu has a large variety of items with typical fast food as well as healthy fare. I would make a point of stopping here every time we are in the area.

This restaurant offers an excellent variety of dishes and has attentive service. It is conveniently located right off the highway and also has picnic tables available on site. The food is well-prepared and delicious.
