Very rare I am disappointed by the quality of the meat, once in awhile its sitting in a warmer a little to long, but 97 out of 100 times it is amazing and always fast. I don't think I've ever been told more than 25 minutes in a busy night. Prices are reasonable enough for the large portions. You have taken really codified precautions seriously and placed a whole wall to separate the kitchen and the open storage space as well as to keep Plexiglas against ceiling

I order from here several times a month and I have never been disappointed Staff is always friendly and courteous, their prices are cheap, but the quality is TOP NOTCH, waiting times are usually quite fast. I am so grateful that I have Xing Wang as my nearby Chinese restaurant. If you haven't been here yet, do a favor and give them a try. You will thank me later
