We order from Beautiful Kitchen 2-3 times each month, so they know our order by heart and always have it ready quickly. This is the best Chinese restaurant in Western New York!
The restaurant offers delicious Chinese food. I really enjoy the vegetable fried rice, chicken lo mein, and shrimp fried rice, along with the shrimp egg rolls. The only reason I'm giving it a 4-star rating is that they don’t serve the usual four-piece fried chicken wings along with the shrimp fried rice like you find in other cities, such as Buffalo and Rochester!
I visited this restaurant a couple of days ago and ordered the sweet and sour chicken with chicken fried rice. Unfortunately, it was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I definitely won't be returning for another meal.
I placed my order at 6:25 and was informed it would take about 35 minutes. When I arrived at 7 to pick up my food, I had to wait until 7:33 for it to be ready. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect. I ordered fried wontons but received crab wontons instead. I ordered fried rice with beef, but ended up with plain chicken and fried rice without any sauce or toppings. I will not be ordering from here again.
