So much so, that... read more I don’t write google reviews for food, ever. This my first and probably last. I support local and spend money in my community as much as I can. So much so, that I have stood and waited for my food in this place of business for 20 to 30 minutes beyond the time they told me to pick it up. Without complaint, numerous times. Maybe I’m stubborn, maybe I’m stupid. But today was the last time. It would save me time and money to drive all the way out to Caledonia instead. After several people (who confirmed they called after me) were haphazardly served their food, half of my order was ready, sitting on the counter. The other half was not yet made, or was perhaps given to a different customer. They checked with me to see if what I ordered was what I ordered. Lo and behold: it was. I considered leaving several times, and I honestly should have. It’s the only way for them to learn. But it was my own fault that I ordered this food and assumed it would be ready at or relatively close to the time they told me. Half an hour past that time, nearly 60 minutes since I ordered, the last of my food came up ready. The first half was barely warm when I got home. To summarize: if you have no time constraints and unlimited patience, no children in the back seat, or maybe you do not have your own transportation— absolutely order from here. The food tastes great, usually. But if you are expecting to get what you ask for at the time it is promised, perhaps look elsewhere. This place will do fine regardless of losing my business, they have no competition, and everyone in town seems to put up with the inconsistency.
