good, or even very good for meats (sweet, whatever cooking). For me, I'm a little disappointed with the gambas inguines! 3 poor little badly cooked gambas (bcp too cooked) for 28€, it hurts, even if the red sauce catches up a bit. Also flat on the salt crust wolf: specify on your cards that it is for mini 2 people, disappointed once again that you couldn't taste it. a redo to actually get a more accurate idea.
