Sushi Shop - Le Gardeur Canada

I ordered for 140$ on Saturday as we had a guest at home so we took for takeout. It took 1h15 minutes to prepare i can understand as it was Saturday and probably busy). When we picked up, I think it was near closing time and they never took the time to validate the order with us. We ended up home with 2 spicy mayo only when we ordered 4 and if not mistaken a sushi we took indicated coming with one as well. We had no soya sauce at all. Usually, when we order at other sushi shops there's atleast 1 soya sauce per type of sushi we order. Also, the sushis did not seem fresh: avocado was brownish, the sushis with fish tasted really strong, the rice was dry.We always order at sushi shops as we find they have variety and are usually fresh. But it was our first time ordering here and we were very disappointed with the food in particular.

Literally just spent $160 on sushi and they charge for every single soya sauce packet. If we didn't take and pay for these, we'd have no soya sauce! Very cheap. Small pieces and not worth it. Price adds up really quickly.

Take out was super rapid. We ordered online and it was ready in 20mins. Size of poke bowls are generous and tastes great. Better than some others of same franchise.

Food is okay, but lately it’s been awful service. Always taking at least 1h to prepare orders and making the food quality taste less good than it was few years ago.
