Unfortunately not the best patisserie out there. I understand it has a history, but I tasted a baba au rhum and a zeppole, and it felt very trivial to me. Something was off with the ingredients, there was no feeling of a patisserie, rather a regular supermarket could bake something similar if not better. I guess my expectations were too high. Best Cannoli i have ever had, even better than the ones on Mulberry St, NYC (little italy in manhatten). cheesecake is equally good, a gem right here in montreal .
I was there yesterday and I was so impressed by the selection I did not now where to start. I ended up buying two dozens of assorted pastries I just wanted to taste them all.
Delicious cakes and pastries and there Granita is amazing the best Montréal.
I've been going there all my life for cakes and pastries. It is the place for the famous Torta Regina cannoli. Amazing!
