The fol... read more We went to Zürich three times, and we were really satisfied. They mainly serve simple cooking seafood(super fresh), and we have tried almost everything. The following ones are my favorite Cigallas, alive and big. best i have ever had! Bercebes, very big size and of course super fresh. Clams, cooked in kind of butter and wine sauce, bit salty. But great flavor. Garnard, the cooking of the fish is spot on, moist and tender,absolutely perfect. i don't usually give perfect comments for fish cooking. but the chef really know what she is doing. The service is exceptional! They serve dishes with concern of transforming flavors from light to heavier, and really tried to take care of you.
