This place is a vibe. They really pack the place. We had a reservation and still had to wait 15 mins to get our table. The tables are very close together so not really any place to move. Music is VERY loud..like you were in a club. I think if theylowered it a smidge it would be great bc then you wouldn't have to yell to talk to your tablemates or the waitress. Took a bitto get our food (not as long as other have mentioned) the drinks are cool a bit expensive but you are paying for the whole fancyshow. We ordered a bit of everything and all the food was tasty. We ordered starters and sushi. Everything was good. We also gotour friend the birthday celebration that came with lights, singing and a gong. Would I ever drive another 50 mins to thisplace.....no. if you are closer than that you should go.

GREAT atmosphere. Very good waitress for us. Shows the potential of downtown Lawrence. The food was a wonderful fusion South America meets Japan meets China. And it really worked. The drinks were also very creative don't be afraid to give thespecial ones a try they're worth it for the presentation!

Food and service was very good. They have creative drinks that are fun and beautiful. They do great with celebrating peoples birthday by having the staff come out singing and celebrating. It was a great time. I gave them 4 stars because we waited over 2hours for our food so expect to wait long but while you wait have a great drink! Also the seating is tight.

Incredible restaurant! Have been ordering delivery for a few months and finally had the time to stop in. Read the reviews, made sure to make reservations, was seated immediately, were asked for drinks then given time to review menu. When we ordered weretold that there was a wait and suggested we order an appetizer which we did. Everything came out at once, which we didn’tmind, in record time (ordered at 5:29p and food arrived at 5:48p . We ordered take out as well which was brought to us when weasked for to go containers (we found their portions to be generous . Great atmosphere (if you are like me and don’t mind theloud music and lights and close proximity to the people next to you . Things to note: parking: arrive early to find aspot celebration: even though we stated it was a birthday they didn’t do their awesome birthday song (which they did forthe group next to us . We appreciated the gesture to the other table, don’t necessarily care for it ourselves but, if you wantit, just make sure to request it since not sure about consistency of their performance (the team who welcomed us did say happybirthday when we walked in AND when we walked out which was thoughtful . Time: we were so engrossed with the ambiance that westayed for about two hours and forty minutes just talking (not very big drinkers . One of the staff VERY politely asked if wewere done they would appreciate us allowing other guests to be seated. There didn’t appear to be a wait outside but we areusually more conscientious and quickly got up and left. Don’t be like us and don’t linger without generating revenue :

I had been ranting and raving to my partner about wanting to go here and finally on his day off we drove an hour away and paid $217 for average food. My partner and I brought our kids out here to eat this Saturday and the food was nothing spectacular. There was a bit of excitement when we saw smoke come out of someone’s drink or whatever, but for the most part the food wasoverrated. The service was very slow. The drinks tasted great, but we’re overpriced. The ambiance was okay, but I can’t sayfor certain we’d return here.
