Papa Johns Pizza - Lawrence

Well we ordered pizza at 7:52 last night Nov 22nd, we woke up this morning to it on our porch. A quick look at the ring camera this morning shows him here around 8;23 standing at our door for about 60 seconds, not ringing the doorbell. Then just sitting it down and running off... we have a rind doorbell for a reason, why not ring it? Needless to say we fell asleep and never got our pizza I will be calling tomorrow and would really like to have it replaced or refunded. If taken care of I will change my review.

I LOVE THIS PAPA JOHNS! Papa John’s on Oaklandon is probably one of the best pizza places ever. We order delivery probably once every week. Each driver is very humble and are always very nice. The manager is also very good at what they do and we get our food within the est delivery time every time. Our favorite is the Alfredo pizza with meatball and sometimes adding steak. I definitely recommend this pizza place forever anyone wanting a good pizza and a good experience. Thank you Papa John’s for making us have a good experience every time!

Haven’t ordered delivery in forever. Two hours later, started calling about it as our delivery time kept being pushed out. Had to call three stores to figure out where it was being delivered from. Arrived cold and rubbery. Not what I would expect for this chain. Super disappointing

Staff is friendly, pizza is always well made. It's not the best pizza but for Papa John's this is about as good as it gets.
