It is never clean and the order is always wrong. Food prep person on their phone while preparing food and never wipes the prep area after each meal people have food allergies there was sesame in my bag I am anaphylaxis to sesame.

I said light and sweet I wasted 6$ for what I?m upset and walked all way over here for nothing smh ! Don?t go to them sorry and the guy behind the counter is just sitting down in his own world . They didn?t have no bacon no sausage the whole day ????Confused . Upset with my purchase?

My husband bought a regular coffee from here earlier today. Shortly after he started to drink it he became very ill, throwing up for over an hour, and he became pale and began sweating. He's better but is still dizzy and light-headed. Please be careful, askif the coffee is fresh. I have no idea what could have been in it to make him this sick. EDIT: I should have posted this sooner.Our doctor said that coffee alone, even stale coffee, shouldn't make someone immediately throw up. It was determined thatsomething might have been added to the coffee that didn't belong there but we have no proof. Folks, please be careful. If thestaff gets rude with you, get your money back or just walk out. Do not take food from people who are getting upset or irritated.Also, don't you get upset or yell at them (I know it's hard because you want to stick up for yourself) and then take the foodTHEY made and consume it. Just avoid this place at all costs.

Do not go here! Customer service is terrible! The cashier messed up my order, and when I asked for a refund she told me she cannot give me back my money because a manager isnt there and to understand where she is coming from and help her! I had to tellher how to issue my refund, and she still didn't want to give me my money. I waited almost 10 minutes going back and forth withher; eventually she refunded me my money. The audacity to screw up my order and not want to give me my money back! To makematters worse, she had the nerve to have an attitude and be rude about it. A young lady came after me and she messed up herorder too. Completely unacceptable.

Good Dunkin? Donuts. Has a parking lot and dine in tables. Staff is always fast and helpful and menu is updated frequently. Just know that it is a kosher location and all bacon and sausage will be veggie based. Kosher certified by the Vaad of the five townsand all milk is chalav yisroel. Also offers milk alternatives and decaf coffee. Reasonable Dunkin prices.
