Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

Every review is completely true. This has to be the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. The service is extremely slow, taking over 25 minutes just to collect the food. The order is often missing items or cold. When contacting them, their response is just "we will try to improve." It is evident that no one from management reads the reviews. Their main focus seems to be on delivery services, which is very disappointing.

As an employee at McDonald's, I was disappointed to see how unclean the restaurant was. The service was lacking and some of the kitchen staff with long hair were not wearing hairnets. I observed them using their hands to handle different types of meat without changing gloves or using tongs. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The McDonald's in Albury needs to improve their staff hiring process and work ethics. The CEO should consider employing older staff and better-trained kids. Many employees do not show up for their shifts and the interviewing process needs to be more thorough. The overall establishment is lacking in care and the CEO should be held accountable for these issues. In contrast, the McDonald's in Wangaratta is much better and it may be due to differences in work ethics between the states of NSW and Victoria. During a recent visit at 6pm for dinner, the Double McChicken lacked lettuce and the nuggets seemed overcooked. Overall, there is room for improvement at the Albury McDonald's.

Disgraceful! my lovely family and i came threw this drive through after a long day of travelling, we had ordered our meals and after a long day of travelling we got made wait in the waiting bag for 32 minutes. my poor husband. my chrildran didn’t have dinner on time because of you guys and by the time we got our food , it was cold! FREZZING frosty ice cold what kind of customer service is this stufff my donuts were horrid no flavour plain dusty flour . bad

This place is such a joke, every single time we go there they miss something we ordered a family box and all 3 quarter pounders have barley any sauce and no onion or pickles! I’ve worked at Maccas before and didn’t find it that hard to put everything that belongs on a burger! The service is so terrible and no one knows how to do anything! Time to change your managers and hire staff who actually know how to work!
