Unfortunately,... read more I was waiting in line behind a customer requesting a refund, and I was impressed by how professional and kind the two ladies assisting her were. Unfortunately, the ticket machine jammed, causing them to lose my drink order. However, I’m giving this place five stars because three different staff members checked on me and quickly made my drinks. Mistakes happen, and it seems like some people are quick to leave negative reviews, but the level of customer service here is outstanding. Even when it’s busy, they always manage to craft my unusual drink requests and do so with a friendly attitude. The team at this location definitely deserves a raise!

I typically place my order ahead of time, and when I arrive, they inform me if an item is unavailable. I appreciate that I'm flexible enough to choose something else. The staff is excellent.

The donuts were stale and cold, as if they were two days old, and the customer service was even worse. If you don’t mind rude staff and old donuts, this might be the place for you. But if you prefer fresh, warm donuts served with a friendly smile, I would avoid this location. Even though my last visit was two years ago, it still reminds me why I don’t like this place. I haven’t tried other Dunkin' Donuts locations, but my experience here makes me hesitant to do so. Save your money.

He truly deserves a raise or a promotion. I keep coming back because of the positive energy he brings.
