Eggcetera - Laval

I have been to this restaurant multiple times and this visit was the final straw. The service was extremely slow, taking over 20 minutes to get a simple coffee which turned out to be burnt. The dishes we ordered were not properly cooked and when we brought it up to the waitress, she seemed indifferent and took a long time to address the issue. The food we eventually received was not only unappetizing but also overpriced. The overall quality of the food was questionable and the waitress's attitude was unacceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I don't even know where to begin. I ordered simple waffles with English cream at this restaurant. The waffles tasted like they were artificial, and the English cream was a sweet raw egg yolk-based cream instead of the usual white cream. It was awful. When the waitress asked if I wanted to take the rest of my plate home (since I had only eaten 2 out of the 4 waffles), I politely declined as I didn't enjoy the meal. She arrogantly responded that maybe I didn't like their homemade waffles or cream. What? We had to practically flag down our waitress to get coffee refills as the place was packed and the waitresses seemed to be running around like zombies. There was no sign of smiles, and one waitress had long hair covering her face as she quietly spilled orange juice on the counter. Overall, it was a terrible experience with subpar food and service for an expensive brunch. I could go on and on about it.

It is easy to order with a wide variety of options on the menu at this restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. Due to the current pandemic, it can be difficult to find enough staff, resulting in slightly slower service, but this is not their fault. We often come here for lunch during the workweek.

Pourquoi qu'il faut toujours demander l'assiette de fruit gratuit??? Et quoi dire du service vraiment désolant!!!!

En premier l’accueil est nulle l'hôtesse aussi a la caisse semble écœuré de sa job , aucun bonjour aucune façon. La serveuse semble aussi désintéressé, la table mise croche.Le repas de ma conjointe est tellement ordinaire quelle ne le mangera pas.Une espèce de crêpe avec fromage et jus d'orange chaud en coulis.Pour moi déjeuner traditionnel, 1 saucisse 1 morceau de bacon et une tranche de jambon pressé, les oeufs...ce sont des oeufs.Ont a aussi passé le commentaire a la caissière, elle nous a répondu de prendre autre chose la prochaine fois.Ont y retournera pas.Coté prix la valeur n'y est pas.
