Casa Santos Poulet Portugais - Laval

I was very shocked by the great reviews. I recently ordered delivery from this restaurant and will not be doing so again. I ordered the leg, fries, and rice combo. The chicken was clearly not fresh, as it had a bad smell and taste and was very dry. The rice was overly seasoned and tasted like it came from a package of instant rice. The only thing I could actually eat were the fries. I was extremely disappointed to spend $30 on Uber delivery for food that was not edible.

We had a fantastic lunch today at Casa Santos! The chicken, bifana, fries, and poutine were all hot and delicious. We will definitely be ordering from here again soon.

We ordered takeout from this restaurant and were very disappointed. The sandwiches were terrible, they were so dry. They should at least consider adding some sauce or salad to improve the taste. The poutine was not fresh either. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience.

Are you serious?I put only one bad review in my life. Congratulations Casa Santos you're the second.Literally 45 grams of chicken for 20 dollars.Here's a picture....Update:At least caring and respectful owners...

Always fresh, their sauce, their chicken and poutine! There is something in tht sauce that keeps me around. Recommend it!
