Was Guido Stock at Schuberts a mag?
A remarkable evening was that for the celebration of our wedding day: Sensationell the kitchen, a magnificent firework of flavors! A professional and friendly sommeliere (Mrs. Baus? had a matching wine idea for each of the 5 courses, delicious. An overnight stay in the large, beautiful theme rooms rounded off the experience. Hopefully we're back. View all feedback.

First class food Schubert's is rightly recommended by the Michelin Guide. Compromises on service. Although very nice, the starters arrived before the aperitif was half drunk. Complete helplessness when asked about a wine recommendation for the dishes you ordered: “Which grape varieties do you like?” You are welcome to try the open wines beforehand.” It's a shame, because the wine list (heavyweight German wines) is excellently sorted (especially the white wines). If you know what you want, you will find treasures here at really affordable prices. A sommelier/ière would be a useful addition to the team. Conclusion: despite weaknesses in service, it is definitely worth a visit (and a detour) due to the high quality of the food and the excellent wine list.

Privately run romantic hotel with Hessian charm. Friendly and loving and personal employees. Very small menu that unfortunately doesn't change often. No unusual dishes on the menu. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Rindertatar, Creme Brulet

Food, sleep, ambience and friendliness top..gladly again

First-class food – Schuberts is rightly recommended by the Michelin Guide. The service, however, left something to be desired. While very friendly, the appetizers arrived before we 'd even finished half the aperitif. There was complete helplessness when we asked for a wine recommendation to accompany our meal: Which grape varieties do you like? You 're welcome to try the wines by the glass beforehand. It 's a shame, because the wine list (with a strong focus on German wines) is excellently curated (especially the white wines). Those who know what they 're looking for will find treasures here at truly reasonable prices. A sommelier would be a valuable addition to the team. In conclusion: despite the shortcomings in service, the high quality of the food and the excellent wine list make it definitely worth a visit (and a detour).
