Excellent taste and refreshing, n... read more Through an arrangement as part of the hotel stay, we had dinner at Schuberts. The four-course menu left nothing to be desired. Excellent taste and refreshing, normal portion sizes for “fine dining”. In terms of price (approx. 60€ per person including wine accompaniment) it's totally in line with the great performance of the kitchen and staff. Would eat here again at any time. Dietary restrictions: Unfortunately, I have to eat a completely gluten-free diet. The staff and kitchen were very well prepared and always gave me the feeling that I could eat here safely. Here we cook freshly and in-house, so that there is absolute clarity about ingredients etc. in the kitchen.
