This place has the worst service of anywhere I?ve ever been! Unfortunately this had happened dozens of times if Laurens had more places to eat I would never go back! They asked me to ?please hold ? at the window and no one was even in the drive through! For ten minutes! The workers have an attitude especially the manager. I?ve had the unpleasant experience of dealing with her a few times??wow is all I can say. I?ve never, ever received my order filled correctly. In a dozen orders they have not once gotten it right. Tonight they have a taken it to a new level . No gravy on the mashed potatoes, and a tiny spoonful of dirty rice! Tiny spoon full! Honestly 1 star is being generous.

Ordered at drive thru at 411pm according to receipt. Only car in line. Pulled up and sat at window till 424 got part of my order and then ask to pull up since chicken was cooking. It is now 431 and she just came out with my 2 chicken biscuits. 20 minutes for 2 chicken biscuits and a tea. Servers not friendly to try to make up for the slow service, rude even over intercom. Like the food but won?t be back or recommend because of the wait.

There was only one person there who seemed to really know what they were doing. The manager in the red shirt clearly had a lot on her plate, and I felt sorry for her. Even though there were at least ten employees present, only a few were actively engaged in their work. One particularly young employee, dressed in a LDHS Cheerleader uniform, was quite disruptive. She was back-talking the manager and complaining about her order. At one point, she turned to me and a few others behind me and said, "It's okay, I work here." In my opinion, if I had been the manager on duty (I've held leadership roles in food service), I would have written her up immediately, regardless of whether she was on the clock. She should not only be reprimanded or even fired for her unprofessional behavior, especially while in her cheer uniform, but her actions should also be addressed by her cheer supervisor or school. Overall, most of the staff seemed indifferent, lacking any sense of urgency. There are a few, like the manager I saw last night, who genuinely care and do their best, but working with many young employees today can be quite challenging.

The customer service is terrible, and the manager clearly seems overwhelmed. Be prepared for a wait at the drive-thru, regardless of whether there's just one car in line or ten. If you decide to wait, make sure to bring your patience with you.
