When we r... read more Firstly, the restaurant was visibly dirty. The person who took our order seemed disengaged and lifeless. They had run out of mashed potatoes entirely. When we requested wedges, we instead received fries. Additionally, they did not provide the condiments we requested.

I picked up my meal through drive thru, I ordered a 2pc combo for 7.59 after taxes 8.35 for this meal. The coleslaw was spoiled, the drink was carbonated and bo... read more I picked up my meal through drive thru, I ordered a 2pc combo for 7.59 after taxes 8.35 for this meal. The coleslaw was spoiled, the drink was carbonated and both pieces of the chicken, leg thigh was dry, the outside was crispy as that is what I ordered however the meat was dry as well, the only this I was able to eat of this meal was the biscuit. This was very frustrating considering I worked a double that day and was fatigued and hungry and my hard-earned money was spent on a meal that did not satisfy me or my hungry. I did not take kindly to having such a unworthy meal!On a better side the customer service was decent, the young man was very kind and respectful.At this point, I will not be visiting again as this was my third time dealing with unsatisfactory food from KFC/LJS.

A homeless person could eat better chicken from a trash can than this slop. This location has been a disgrace for yrs now...why the place is still open is a complete mystery. If you like bad service, rude employees, and terrible food that 's so greasy that you 'll blow your colon out for the rest of the night, then this is the place for you?!?
