I... read more I am always shocked when people in the customer service industry let them know (by words or actions) that they are a great inconvenience in running their day. I'm here once and I'm sure I'll see you again. the line was long and at first I thought they were super busy. what I found out when I went into the window, it was so long for everyone, because the employees were on their phones, were talking and doing everything else, but waited for their customers. I was sitting in the window with the man waiting for me and ignored me. I had expanded my card with the expectation that he would at least take it and make the payment with this part of the process. he kept his entertainment with the young woman he laughed and joking. he finally brings my order together and I am relieved to be on the way. the coffee was in order, but the sandwich tasted as if it did not scatter the bread or heat the eggs and the speck. I will never return to these dunkin’donuts.

It should be closed or managed by different people because for the past 3 years this location has beenhorrible.
