I’m a big fan of Chipotle, but I had a frustrating experience with an online order today. They got everything wrong! I received pinto beans instead of black beans, steak instead of chicken, and I didn’t even get the chips I paid for. Seriously, it was all clearly listed on the ticket. I don’t understand how they could mess up the order when the information was there. They really need to pay more attention to the orders. I won’t be ordering online again.
I visited this restaurant with a friend, and I've been hooked ever since. I love the fantastic atmosphere and the delicious food and drinks. I highly recommend this place!
I tried her seasonal brisket, and it was absolutely delicious! It had a flavor reminiscent of being grilled, and it was incredibly tender. So tasty!
Not a good Chipotle. Food-wise it seems they put jalapenos in their corn mix or mild salsa which I haven't seen at other Chipotles. This was not good because someone in my party has a dietary restriction where they can't eat spicy food right now.Service-wise some of the staff were inattentive. I had to repeat the same thing several times because they clearly weren'tlistening the first few times I said what to put. This one is also busier than others I have been to.
My food was not cold when it arrived came on time.
