It's a fast food roast beef sandwich, so one has to manage their expectations regarding quality and consistency. That said, when they are on point you can get a very decent Classic roast beef sandwich. To fend off disappointment, I always check sandwich isjuicier center cuts instead of the dry tough end scraps. Just a crinkle fry with a couple of sauces and my Arbys fix iscomplete.
Need a job? They need workers. No drive thru. Don't mobile order, mine was over 30min on the clock. Fries were not fresh. If you need a job, they could probably use you. Having a trainee during rush is rough, but staff presented as calm and collected.
I don't usually go to Arby's but this one is unique since there is a large cowboy hat out front. Overall the food was good and the place was clean. The staff was also nice.
Assistant manager has zero personality, this restaurant normally has a very friendly employees but not today. My sandwich was cold and so were the fries. Went up to ask for napkins and would gave thought I asked for the world. Also she was handling, cash and pushing around a ulitilty cart, no gloves and not washing hand. Sorry doubt I will be back
Worse arbys customer service experience today! On the window it states lobby open but they had chairs blocking off the dinning area The lady at the counter was rude and walked off while talking when a cx asked her a question. When asking for sauce shetold me it would cost. I get two free packets? Never have I been charged or seen a sign but she made sure to have a tip cup onthe counter. Is there really a charge or was the sauce fee for her tip cup??
