The host was incredibly knowledgeable and shared plenty of insights about the local history.

Fortunately, we are quite mild-mannered, so aside from some inconsistent service, I really enjoyed the beautiful and cute space. I absolutely love Tasmania!

He is one of the friendliest and most helpful people you could meet, especially for someone like me who isn't too familiar with whiskey. Tim went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our experience and even helped us understand the different gins and whiskeys. It was a pleasure to learn from such an knowledgeable person and to share a few drinks with him. I will definitely return when I'm in Tasmania and wholeheartedly recommend that others visit Bar Two.
