Since they opened, they became the only Chinese restaurant in Launceston, the hubby and I always go. As Shanghainese, I really love their authentic Chinese traditional interior decoration, and their kitchen are also genuine Chinese cuisine. The best I had in Lonnie. What User doesn't like about Dainty Legend Chinese Kitchen:
Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, well presented food, was a bit disappointingly processed vegetables and entrees for the price. Was hoping to have the duck and did not realise that you had to prebook two days in advance, would have been nice to have been informed about this on booking. The lamb and the tofu was very nice. Not sure if I would return in a hurry. But is nice for a bit of a change. View all feedback.
Amazing food,, sweet and sour pork to die for,,, best service we have ever received in a Chinese restaurant. Decor is beautiful and so clean.. shame we live in a different state because I would eat here every week... highly recommended...
With 7 good friends last night. Had the Peking Duck with the 9 course banquet. The Prawns were finger licking good. The Fish perfect. Erin looked after us superbly. Back in today for lunch, took takeaway with me for dinner.....
Great meals, lovely wait staff! Bit disappointed there were no dumplings on the dinner menu, but will just be an excuse to go back at lunchtime!!
Exceptional restaurant in Launceston Service tick, venue tick, food tick, price tick! Dining experience you would usually receive in Melbourne. Do yourself a favour check it out even just to look at their decor! Incredible function rooms too. Well done Dainty Legends, thanks for choosing Launceston!
First time dining here and will definitely be back. Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful friendly staff. Food was great and presentation was 10/10. Would have been nice if the lights were dimmed and the lanterns were on. Great experience
