**A Culinary Mixed Bag: Dining at Bluestone** Bluestone offers a varied dining experience ranging from delightful dishes to frustrating service. While some guests rave about its exceptional meals and vibrant atmosphere, others recount disappointing experiences marred by poor service and lackluster food quality. Notably, issues with holiday luncheon cancellations due to staffing challenges have left patrons feeling let down. Despite these setbacks, the restaurant's signature dishes, like the scallops and wallaby tataki, receive high praise, making it an attractive spot for certain occasions. Whether for brunch or dinner, diners are encouraged to manage their expectations while hoping for service improvements.

Excellent culinary experience, if you are an Accor plus member, this is the place to dine in Launcheston. Beautiful Queensland prawns in tamarind sauce pampered in the mouth. The nets are fascinating when you take the pig belly, it will melt in the mouth and the cracks will break. Pages and deserts are funny, we enjoyed it and will be back when we are in Launcheston. We enjoyed one of the best breakfasts we've had in Launceston. The food was absolutely delicious! The waitstaff were wonderful, especially a waitress named Tabitha. The potato smash was incredibly tasty, and the bacon was cooked extra crispy just as we requested.
It was impossible to find a cafe open or that didn’t have a queue to get into today Good Friday we ended up here even though brekkie menu had finished they still cooked a brilliant brekkie for myself my son! It was yummy terrific service Happy Easter
Had dinner here recently and was absolutely delighted with the meal and service. The restaurant had an extremely warm and inviting atmosphere and the meals were generous portions and of the highest quality. Definitely recommended eating here and I will be back sooner rather then later
