Description

**A Culinary Mixed Bag: Dining at Bluestone**

Bluestone offers a varied dining experience ranging from delightful dishes to frustrating service. While some guests rave about its exceptional meals and vibrant atmosphere, others recount disappointing experiences marred by poor service and lackluster food quality. Notably, issues with holiday luncheon cancellations due to staffing challenges have left patrons feeling let down. Despite these setbacks, the restaurant's signature dishes, like the scallops and wallaby tataki, receive high praise, making it an attractive spot for certain occasions. Whether for brunch or dinner, diners are encouraged to manage their expectations while hoping for service improvements.

We enjoyed one of the best breakfasts we've had in Launceston. The food was absolutely delicious! The waitstaff were wonderful, especially a waitress named Tabitha. The potato smash was incredibly tasty, and the bacon was cooked extra crispy just as we requested.

Had dinner here recently and was absolutely delighted with the meal and service. The restaurant had an extremely warm and inviting atmosphere and the meals were generous portions and of the highest quality. Definitely recommended eating here and I will be back sooner rather then later
