Didn't have table set up apon arival after booking a table. Arived at 7pm for pizza night. They sprayed the table not the wipe and it bounced off the table and splashed onto my partner who used to get chemical rashes. Not impressed with so far Mood of workers is dismal from the start of the night as well. female has the face of pure death as she shines glasses. 1 Pizza has been sitting under the heaters for 15 minutes, the other waiting 10minutes.. how long does it take for a waiter to pick them up and walk 5 paces to a table. I saw them looking at it and going to stack straws. Male waiter did however offer to make a new pizza once I asked about how long they were sitting up there for. My Partner is a experienced waitress and kitchen hand if you need a supervisor let me know as she will correct the staff. May also need a 3rd waiter if you don't want a clean professional team.. numbers will do the job. Ps; Pizza was good, thankyou chef

I really do hate leaving reviews like this but unfortunately our experience here was so awful I feel it’s necessary. It was a genuine circus at the Irish tonight. Constant errors from staff resulting in huge delays in food, very average food, unprofessional language from staff and just the pathetic solution of a 15% discount to make up for our shocking experience. We didn’t even have to complain, it seems the staff knew how awful the service was. However we were definitely fed up by the time there was a 5th mistake. It was embarrassing and I found the 15% discount insulting if anything. There’s plenty of training needed and there’s not a chance in the world I’d recommend.

Guinness was not cold, YUCK.......bartender needs to be paid more wages so maybe he wiill enjoy his job .........place wasn't the cleanest.....the star is for the fireplace whcih is very nice

Overpriced, inedible food. My friend had ants crawling out of her burger, my $25 baked potato was a single potato missing the slaw and sour cream it was supposed to come with. When we told the waitress about the ants, she just said “I’ll let the kitchen know”. Very disappointing.

Had an early dinner at The Irish, the staff was nice and accommodating for diets. Meals were great, Guinness was better. Cosy pub with indoor and outdoor seating
