Kfc - Lathrop

The food was satisfactory, but the service was slow despite there being no other customers. The employee was not attentive while taking our order, having to redo it multiple times. The tables were dirty and sticky, while the bathrooms were in a terrible state. Both toilets were clogged and covered in urine, making the whole floor dirty.

The food at this restaurant has greatly improved in taste and quality. The male manager, whose name I don't remember, ensured that the chicken was freshly made. I highly recommend this place!

The staff at this restaurant have been friendly and accommodating, but the food is average. It is best to bring cash in the exact amount, as they sometimes have difficulty making change and can be slow to do so. Despite these minor inconveniences, my mother enjoys dining here.

Had not been in over a year because the service, food quality and wait times were so horrible but thought we would see if they have improved and nope. The food was ok but the service is horrible and the wait time is 30 mins plus some people before us said they had been waiting even longer. Won’t be going back.

Worse place ever!!! Never been to a KFC that made us wait 30 mins for our food!! Do better!!!! Every car that came through the drive thru had to wait for their food including ours!!!
