After waiting 15 minutes past my estimated pick up time, the manager asked me... read more Worst service I've ever had! I placed an order online, and went in to pick it up. After waiting 15 minutes past my estimated pick up time, the manager asked me was I waiting for something. After telling her my name/order, she says she doesn't have the chicken. So I asked when it would be done. She told me there were 2 orders ahead of me waiting, so she doesn't know how long it will take. What?? But she couldn't refund me, so she would give me crispy instead. Definitely not what I ordered, but she gave me the impression I didn't have a choice. I'll NEVER go back there again. If I could give negative numbers on the stars, I would... and we won't even talk about the hockey puck biscuits!

Just shut the place down already. Last visit was over 2 months ago. Today it's the same thing. Served yesterday's food. Biscuit that was made over the weekend. Chicken that was refried to warm it up. Such a gross place. 16dollar lesson learned to get mychicken strips at a burger place instead.

Every time I have went (around 530pm) I have requested a pot pie combo and their response is always the same ..35 minute wait. So this time I ordered the chickensandwich combo in lieu of what I wanted and they served me fries that were so old that they were chewy and tasted dehydrated.The chicken was dry and chewy as well. I won't be back.
