Mcdonald's - Lathrop

We were on the way to visit family and needed a quick lunch. fast and clean ride thru. super location; out and on the hwy.

Id give zero if I could. Went last week.Would not use my coupons on my app cause THEIR computers weren't working. Dodnt tell me they were gonna charge for sauce. Them forgot the sauce. Had to go in and ask for sauce. Gave mr attitude. Unattentative AND they got the order wrong. Called customer service. Lady said they'd handle it. Got a call today. Guy asks me everything I spend half an hour talking to customer service about a week ago. Never got a refund. Nothing they can do I'll never b back to this location.. Very very very sad.

I went with my father and will asked for coffee, a chocolate milkshake and a french fries. The coffee didn’t even tasted like coffee. The gave me a vanilla milkshake and the french fries where mixed with old french fries and new ones.

I had received a order for McDonald's and never been here before and will personally not go back unless it's dashing. The staff was very rude and not helpful then while I contacted support for the order issue afterwards I got another order for McDonald's and they had an attitude like the issue with the previous order was my fault.
