If you're mindful of your health, it's better to steer clear of this restaurant.

It?s not even a smoothie, not even halfway blended. It had huge ice chunks in it along with huge pieces of spinach.

The drive-through has seen... read more Dining in is definitely the best option at this location. The well-maintained and comfortable dining area is ideal for a quick meal. The drive-through has seen significant improvements as well. However, the service tends to decline as closing time approaches. About an hour before closing, I noticed that some items and cutlery were missing. It’s fine during off-peak hours, but you might be taking a chance at other times of the day.

The m... read more The Panera in Latham is fantastic! Our son has a long list of food allergies, and this is one of the few places where we feel comfortable dining with him. The manager, Molly, is always present to assist us and ensure his meals are safe. She can prepare a bowl of just grilled chicken, which is typically used for salads and is one of our son's favorite options! Most of the staff recognizes us now, and they are all very friendly and welcoming, even though our orders can be a bit complicated. We love the grain bowls and hope they bring back the classic ham-and-cheese sandwich!
