It?s not even a smoothie, not even halfway blended. It had huge ice chunks in it along with huge pieces of spinach.

The space is impre... read more This Panera is absolutely stunning. After visiting here, I don't think I'll be able to see the Crossgates Commons location in the same light. The space is impressively large, impeccably clean, and offers a range of seating options, from full booths to tables of various sizes and shapes. My only slight criticisms were that the butter was too cold to spread and my bagel was a bit overcooked. However, the delightful atmosphere more than compensated for these minor issues.

I used a gift card for the order but entered my debit card... read more I placed a rapid pickup order online, and it was ready almost immediately and everything was correct. I used a gift card for the order but entered my debit card information for the remaining balance. Unfortunately, the gift card didn’t process, so my debit card was charged the full amount. Fortunately, the manager made it very easy to sort it out. I was able to apply the gift card correctly, and I received a refund to my debit card. I am very happy with the service at this Panera location, and the food was, as always, excellent.

I feel the need to update my previous review. The food is all frozen and simply reheated. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I cannot recommend this chain. If you're mindful of your health, it's better to steer clear of this restaurant.
