I used a gift card for the order but entered my debit card information for the remaining balance. Unfortunately, the gift card didn’t process, so my debit card was charged the full amount. Fortunately, the manager made it very easy to sort it out. I was able to apply the gift card correctly, and I received a refund to my debit card. I am very happy with the service at this Panera location, and the food was, as always, excellent.

Their sou... read more Panera used to be pretty disappointing, but they've really turned things around. They're now the only chain in the area that bakes their own products. Their soufflé is delicious—my little one loved it so much that he finished the whole thing, and it was his first time trying solid food! I'll post a picture for reference. They also have an amazing deal: for just $9.00 a month, you can get a free large coffee every day. As a programmer, I go through a lot of coffee—really, gallons of it—and this is a fantastic way for me to save some money.
