The dining experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service at the Burger King on Bonanza and East was particularly poor. The burgers, fish sandwiches, and chicken sandwiches were all tough and unappetizing—I wouldn't recommend any of the food they serve. To make matters worse, the fries were undercooked.
