The dining experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service at the Burger King on Bonanza and East was particularly poor. The burgers, fish sandwiches, and chicken sandwiches were all tough and unappetizing—I wouldn't recommend any of the food they serve. To make matters worse, the fries were undercooked. I redeemed my coupon and enjoyed a fresh, delicious Whopper along with a small order of crispy fries.
Surprisingly, I'm now here enjoying my meal, even though my issue isn't completely fixed yet. While I won't reveal the specifics of how Bri addressed my concerns—because too many people take advantage of situations—I can honestly say that the care she showed created a goodwill that no franchise can buy. Employees like Bri create lifelong customers. Keep that in mind the next time she asks for a raise! Oh, and just to highlight her dedication, she also handled a situation where a customer was harassing me. Let this story become a legend: thanks to one remarkable employee at Burger King, I truly had it my way!

This special bk is in necessity, a complete reworking with his employees. Nobody knows what's going on. I have placed an order on the app, show them on the trip thru 6 minutes only to be greeted with them in a minute 6 minutes later, he says only to let them know that we only take cash never says I can help them. The manager at the Burger King was fantastic, but they need to improve their soda machine. She has been waiting for two weeks for someone to come in and fix it.
